Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

Genius AI provides AI-driven analysis, data visualizations, and informational content related to financial markets. The Service is intended for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

3. Subscription

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. New subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, billing starts automatically on the plan you selected.

4. Billing, Payment, and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis after any applicable free trial period. Payments are processed via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the current billing period through your account settings and Stripe customer portal.

5. No Refunds

All subscription payments are non-refundable once billing begins. No refunds or credits are provided for partial subscription periods, downgrades, or unused time after the free trial ends.

6. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree not to:

  • Share your account access with others.
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the Service or its underlying algorithms.
  • Transmit viruses, worms, or malicious code.
  • Overload, disrupt, or harm the Service or its infrastructure.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, its features, functionality, and AI models remain the exclusive property of OXX Global LLC and its licensors. You retain ownership of the inputs you provide, but grant us a license to use them to provide and improve the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account by canceling your subscription and ceasing to use the Service or by following the account deletion process in your security settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be accurate, reliable, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Disclaimer.

10. Limitation of Liability

OXX Global LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide advance notice before the new terms take effect.
